• Provides its stamp of approval for projects subject to following its code of ethics and conduct.

• Gives access to relevant information pertaining to real estate industry at national and state levels.

Membership

FOUNDER MEMBERS - Those enterprises which make initial contribution of the amount of Rs. 4 lakhs for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 25,000/-

PATRON MEMBERS - Those enterprises, which make initial contribution of Rs. 2 lakhs for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs. 20,000/-

REGULAR MEMBERS - Those enterprises that make initial contribution of the amount of Rs 1 lakhs for the establishment of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee of Rs 15,000/-.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS - Enterprises which are operating in ancillary fields of estate development, such as production and supply of building materials, architecture, plumbing, electrician, air-conditioning, will be entitled to take Associate Membership, on payment of initial contribution of Rs 50,000/- and annual fee of Rs 10,000/-.

STATE REDCO - A body formed jointly by the State Government and the private sector enterprises involved in various facets of real estate development and operating at State level as governed by NAREDCO constitution. Such bodies called State Real Estate Development Councils "State REDCOS", to make an initial contribution of
Rs. 1 lakhs and pay annual subscription of Rs. 15,000/-. For becoming a member of state REDCO, kindly apply to the co-ordinators of the respective states.

ORDINARY MEMBERS - Those enterprises who are operating in any facet of real estate development or its ancillary fields will be entitled to take ordinary Membership, without voting rights, on payment of initial contribution of Rs 25,000/- and annual fee of Rs 15,000/-.
